Position Overview:
Supporting the corporate office of a restaurant group, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring back-end operations run smoothly and efficiently. They will partner with leadership for strategic input and get to play a hands-on part of the execution.

This is a full-time position, in office, Monday-Friday starting at 9:00am.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership for weekly, monthly, or quarterly meetings to learn business pain points. Gives strategic input on solutions.
- Partner with vendors to implement new software and processes to help streamline back-end operations.
- Leads back-end projects and reports results and deliverables to leadership team.
- Manage accounts payable: process and track all vendor invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
- Expense management: process recurring expenses, including rent, utilities, and tax payments.
- Bookkeeping: reconcile accounts, maintain accurate and organized files, and assist with month-end reporting.
- Operational reporting: use POS back-office software to generate and analyze sales data and support operational growth.
- Leadership support: prepare reports and presentations, schedule appointments and meetings. Help keep leadership organized and on track of deliverables.
- Manage confidential documents and maintain strict discretion.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks, special projects, and company initiatives.
- Monitor and order inventory for office supplies.
- Conduct transaction audits.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, office management, or executive assistant roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience with BILL is a plus.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
Compensation: Range is provided and will be dependent on applicable years' of experience.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
