Supporting a renowned QSR brand, the Multi-Unit Manager role blends hands-on leadership, daily operations, and business performance – giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day. This person will oversee 3-5 locations in a designated territory. A normal schedule is about 50 hours/week, and this includes Sundays, holidays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and oversight for all training initiatives within the territory.
- Assists Store Managers with hiring, disciplining, and training of crew members.
- Creates sales programs to leverage business opportunities.
- Establishes budgets and leads Store Managers to maintain labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards.
- Oversees store performance; forecast sales data and trends to best support business and staffing needs.
- Cover for Store Managers’ days off, as needed.
- Support daily operations of stores, as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Quick-service restaurant experience is required.
- This is a leadership role; a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality is required.
- This is a hands-on position; candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
